“उद्धरेदात्मनाऽऽत्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत्।”
Uddhared ātmanātmānaṁ nātmānam avasādayet — Bhagavad Gītā 6.5
“Let one uplift oneself by one’s own Self; let not the Self be degraded.”
A contemplative teacher and mystic, Master Supratim Chowdhury embodies the essence of direct realization — blending ancient wisdom with modern clarity.
Through silence, inquiry, and presence, he guides seekers to recognize awareness as their true nature. His approach is gentle yet profound — rooted in experience rather than belief, and in stillness rather than striving.
Sri. Supratim Chowdhury is a spiritual teacher, healer, and mentor dedicated to guiding seekers toward inner awakening and self-realisation. Born in Kolkata, India, and nurtured in the devotional fragrance of Vaishnava culture, his spiritual journey began early in life, evolving through various paths of yoga, tantra, and meditation into a holistic synthesis of awareness and energy.
His spiritual path began with initiation into the Kaula Avadhut Tantra tradition under the revered Sreemath Debananda Tirthanath, through which he practised yogic kriyas, shakta upasanas, and ajappa sadhana, gaining deep experiential insight into the divine energy within. Later, he was initiated into the Vaishnava tradition of Bhakti Marg by Sreemath (Dr.) Swapan Kumar Ghosh, cultivating devotion and surrender through bhakti sadhana.
A defining moment in his spiritual evolution came when he received Shaktipat Diksha from his revered Master, SadMaster Yogi Greg Hagi of the Tirtha-Monk lineage. This initiation awakened the Kundalini Shakti within him, bringing about a profound transformation in awareness and a deepened understanding of the unity between consciousness, energy, and the universe itself.
As a certified Usui and Kundalini Reiki Master, Supratim Chowdhury developed his own energy-healing and meditative systems, including Cosmic Healing, Reiki Meditation for Healing, Surya Shakti Healing Meditation, and Vajra Shakti Meditation. These practices combine traditional energy wisdom with meditative awareness, forming an integrated approach to spiritual healing and evolution. He teaches that only practice and direct experience can lead one toward genuine spiritual growth and self-realisation.
Alongside his spiritual work, Supratim holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies and is a qualified Human Resource Professional. He has delivered lectures and seminars in esteemed B-schools across the globe and continues to bridge spiritual insight with human development. As a research scholar, he has authored several papers and articles on spiritual philosophy and management thought. He is the proposer of the IDM Model, the 4 “V” Approach, and concepts such as Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and The Role of Knowing the Self in Excelling Human Competencies.
Today, Supratim Chowdhury guides seekers across the world toward self-realisation through meditation, healing, and awareness practices under the banner of KaivalayaAshram. His teachings reflect the oriental wisdom of the Vedas and emphasise the synthesis of all four yogas — Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga — realised through conscious meditation, devotion, and healing. His message is simple yet profound: liberation is not attained by theory, but by the lived experience of awareness.
