Kaivalaya Ashram is a space of silence, self-discovery, and inner awakening — dedicated to guiding seekers toward direct experience of Truth.
Founded under the guidance of Master Supratim Chowdhury, the ashram emerged from a humble beginning of informal guidance and online gatherings, evolving into a sanctuary for sincere aspirants seeking inner stillness and clarity in modern life.

Sri Supratim Chowdhury is a contemplative teacher, mystic, and healer devoted to guiding seekers toward self-realisation through awareness, meditation, and energy practices. Born in Kolkata and rooted in the devotional Vaishnava tradition, his journey evolved through Kaula Avadhut Tantra, Bhakti Yoga, and the transformative grace of Shaktipat Diksha from SadMaster Yogi Greg Hagi.

A certified Usui and Kundalini Reiki Master, he developed integrative healing systems such as Cosmic Healing, Surya Shakti Healing Meditation, and Vajra Shakti Meditation, blending ancient wisdom with meditative awareness. With a background in management and human development, he bridges spirituality and modern thought through research and teaching.

Through KaivalayaAshram, Sri Supratim Chowdhury shares a living synthesis of the four yogas — Raja, Karma, Jnana, and Bhakti — guiding seekers to realise that liberation arises not from belief, but from the direct experience of awareness.

At Kaivalaya, ancient wisdom meets contemporary understanding. Our approach is simple yet profound — integrating Yoga, Tantra, Vedanta, and Mindfulness into practical, experiential pathways. Each Sādhanā is personally designed, respecting the uniqueness of every seeker’s temperament, readiness, and energy flow.

We believe the ultimate journey is not outward, but inward — from noise to silence, from thought to awareness.
Our retreats, teachings, and reflections are all rooted in one essential insight:

“The truth you seek is not elsewhere — it is the awareness through which you seek.”

Kaivalaya Ashram continues to function as an online sanctuary — a meeting point of stillness, inquiry, and transformation — inviting you to rediscover the luminous simplicity of your own being.
