of the divine and motivates you to move further in seeking oneness with your divine nature. Practice also still downs the gushing of thoughts thus you become calm silent and this the only possible way by which the subtle to subtler experience of the soul can be witnessed. Till you have experiences in practice that means you are progressing but assimilation with absolute is yet to happen. When you assimilate with the super consciousness there remains no experience, as the experiencer and experience becomes one identity, that is the true goal of human life.
The silence of mind, and becoming the observer to everything with just no thoughts in mind is the absolute situation where your actual connectivity with divine is established. One cannot attain this without practice. Practice makes you perfect only by perfection through shading of karmic patterns and purifying you can merge to the absolute perfect consciousness over a span of life or in the next life.

Until the mind is free of all karmic impressions complete and pervading stillness cannot come. It takes time for such stillness. The aim of spirituality is to realise that you are “absolute consciousness” that is, when the experience and experiencer becomes one and unrepeatable. Spiritual journey is non-ending journey till the final enlightened. During this phase there are experience which an aspirant may feel good or bad. But the understanding should be experience is just situation feeling bad or good out of the previewing situation is conditioning of the mind and the reflection of being comfortable or uncomfortable that differs at individual level. An aspirant who divulge his or her awareness by the conditional situational perception will lose valuable time and energy towards spiritual path towards the final merger with “Absolute truth”. Spiritual journey unfolds each experiences in light of your Karmic impressions and preparedness. The preparedness is different in each individual; therefore, such unfolding will take its time. Your impatience act may excite the mind more delaying your own progress in spiritual journey. Spiritual journey is a phase wise journey and duration of each phase is directly proportional to the purification that needs to be done in that stage before the unfold of the next phase. The whole life is actually a journey to complete phase wise purification on its own accord and does not depend upon our being atheist or theist of any faith.

This, in turn, enables us to make conscious choices, cultivate compassion and empathy, and live a life of purpose and meaning.
In reality, our food choices have far-reaching consequences, affecting not only our physical health but also our mental and emotional well-being. A diet rich in pure foods promotes clarity, focus, and inner peace, while a diet laden with impurities leads to confusion, stress, and suffering. 5. Early riser in morning
Be, an early riser, in the morning, and take the freshness, of mother nature, and the bliss, of silence. This is, also the best time for your sadhana and stilling down the mind. The energy level of the cosmos becomes vibrant and also easily flowable during sadhana. The mind also becomes very claim after sleep and thus focus on your practice becomes easy. The higher level of positive energy frequencies can also be connected during this time. As the day passes due to our work and livelihood our consciousness tends to focus more
outward and bring the awareness within and passing through the layer of gross and subtle body becomes quite difficult at initial phase of practice. Spiritual practice is to witness the transformation in the subtle body it is a journey from gross to subtle and from subtle to deepest subtler and finally reaching to the consciousness which one witness within and the same persist externally also. But to do this one needs absolute silence which is only possible by the manifested of rising of primordial energy within us. Thus, until complete silence is observed such stilling of mind becomes difficult to infuse in practice. A restless mind cannot be still, only restful mind with freshness of physical and mental metabolism can make the things role at rapidity. 6. Accept your negativity
Admit your, mistakes, flaws, failures, and ignorance, do not blame, others, or any individual. Remember, You are born, in this world for the cause of your karmic waves, accumulated karmas that, you by your own choice, and ignorance have created over many past lives. The quality, of your present life that, you lead today, is due to your own karmic reasons, of many past uncountable, births; be it good, or bad. You are the source code for such karmic waves, and no other individual. Accept this, from the heart and by all your, virtues. Until you accept your negatives you can never know what to be healed and thus you cannot surrender to the supreme.
The first step towards surrender to supreme is accepting your negatives as they are without any shame and hindrance. When you, accept, your, mistakes, flaws, wrongdoings, your own ignorance, your own egoistic patterns, and your filthy approach, then, you, are half done, with, surrendering to divinity. Rest the divine will short-out for you, but, do accept, it from the inner core, and not be superficial. There is no place for being superficial. You can cheat a human being, out of ignorance and ego, but not the supreme. The supreme, is omni-present, and it is your own soul, who is the witnesser, to everything that, you do, be it good, or bad, and, it records the same as karmic impressions without any prejudices that purges during the cleanings of such imprints consciously.
So, if you identify your errors, mistakes, guilts which are heavier form of impressions you can specifically delete them through consciousness healing and they will not stand as obstacles in your spiritual developments and journey ahead. More than divinity knows your negative attributes at first; the more you know the more you heal the more you heal them deeply over again and again, the further unfolding of divinity is witnessed automatically without effort.
Thus, do not put effort in witnessing divinity, who is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent and manifested in every and each object and perception in this universe, put effort to deeply heal from the loads of debris that you are carrying from life after life along with the soul within. These loads of debris within creates illusion and ignorance keeping us away from bliss of the divinity.

7. Devotion and surrender to Guru (Master)
Do your, sadhana, as shown by your reverent guru, remember, sadhana is the only way, to realize the absolute state of consciousness. Just surrender, to your sadhana, and your guru, and you will be held up by the cosmic power. Guru is not the physical body; guru is just not the physical body that you see by your eye. You can only and only realize the guru shakti, and the guru’s manifestation, when, your inner eye, the third eye, the 6th Chakra gets activated, so far it is not done, please have humbleness, and honour to your, guru.
Remember guru, can be different by bodies, the physical dimension, they may be on different paths of sadhana, but ultimately all paths, leads to the main road and thereafter merging to the ocean. All Sadgurus are one and not different. Guru’s body is just a medium, to connect and thus, channel the Guru Shakti (Cosmic Energy) of this universe into you. Guru, refuge you, protect you, and unify you to your true self, only, and after, completely purifying you. Do not have the idea that, you can attain the absolute without sadhana. Even the holy incarnations, in this world in different paths, and religion, has strongly advocated, and themselves has undertaken, sadhana, to educate us, that, sadhana is the instrument, that you do regularly, to still down the mind, completely, which is everything, and all in spirituality, thereby having your, self-realization. To be devoted to the guru indicates following the guidance of your guru. If your guru is truly a realised person will give the guide line to you tailor made in accordance to your need to demolish your karmic patterns and accumulations. We generally lose much of value able time judging the nature of practices, in terms of comparing it with other practices or our mind based satisfactory reasons satisfying our logical reasoning of this gross body and mind, certainly having no perception of the other layers of subtle body which are the main cause of every happening in this life called as “Destiny”. Stop this habit immediately practice what guru has given develop the power to penetrate your subtle body you will assuredly find the reason why such practices has been specified for you. The immense potential of guru shakti can be only realised by those who have experienced the surrender only. 8. Comprehend everything as One
Do not create, ambiguity between religious rituals, and spiritual practice, spirituality is independent of all religions, and dogmatism. All rituals, that you see have science behind them, every ritual you see, you do, is worshipping and focusing on the true and absolute being, but, in a tangible way. Every path leads to the same destination, develop, universal tolerance, and acceptance, and not a clash of ideology, philosophy, religion, or paths. When you start to witness absoluteness, everything in the world becomes one for you. There remains nothing as duality, and only nonduality prevails, that is the truth, and there is nothing, beyond. Every, holy text of scriptures, of all religions, speaks the same, but, the ways, the paths, and the methods, may be different. Your, ignorance, of absolute wisdom, creates devoid, and you are unable to connect, and comprehend at this time, that all is the same. How can, the universe be different? How can, human beings be different? How can, religions be different? All are the same, this is the highest realization, you must attain, just not by listing, or reading, but through practice given to you by your guru and experiencing that truth. Realising everything as one is not a concept but a true aspect where there is complete transformation of being
of existence. Though this is metaphysical in nature and abstract phenomena in relative to our gross existence but it is very much pertinent and becomes tangible through continues practice and reaching that state. This very truth is not a destinated platform; that one reaches from one location to another but this phenomena is already present at this moment itself but, covered with paramount of ignorance and illusion created out of the debris from many life that is carried forward as baggage with the soul in the mortal body.

9. Surrender to the universe always
Practice surrendering to the “mother universe”, in everything, you do. Everything you do, is not, done by you, so, do not hold on to its results. Leave, everything to divinity s will. You cannot, do anything by your finite body. You have identified, your body as the true existence of yourself, out of illusions, and attachments, but your body, is just, an instrumental gift to you, to shade off your own karmic debris, through this life by means of practice. You are never, born or die, you are immortal, your form is formless, operating through supreme energy, and it is, infinite. Your body, is captive prison, to hold the soul. This body, is born to liberate the soul. To shade off, the karmic debris and manifest, the absolute self. There is nothing less, or more than this, this is the truth, and this, will be the truth, ever. Surrender, to the cosmic power, to the universe, to the guru, and this is the ultimate way, you can be in the absolute state, to be, at the ultimate point, of realization of truth, and be an absolute being. There is, no other way, than complete surrender. Surrender is the method by which one becomes free from ego the ignorant “I” becomes week and finally dissolve. Even if you reach to the zenith of your practice but the ego remains it will be standalone barrier for merging human consciousness with universal consciousness. Ego always identify the body and mind and its attributes as the existence. As you progress is spiritual journey, practice and become finer the ego of the mind also becomes finer. The ego barrier become so thin and finer causing discourage. The only way to move out of this is surrender with all benevolence every time and all time to the divine energy, which is manifested as multivarious dimensions across the universe. Cosmic energy functions through intentions. Surrender to divinity is an intention of renunciation, thus the divine energy gracefully assist throughout the journey and final liberation which is the self-realisation and merging with the absolute truth.

Practice to be a witnesser, to everything; do every work, with dedication, and devotion as worship, and do not cling to its results. You will, see the manifestation, of perfection, within you, and feel the bliss. Just do the karma, being the non-doer. Every work, is done for shading, your accumulated debris, of karmic balance, and not to enhance, new karmic balance. When you completely, surrender, to the supreme, automatically, all your awareness, turns inward. With an inward awareness, when you perform, your work and duty, you do not develop an attachment, to such work, but every work is done with perfection, and smoothly, without stress. You can do much more volume of work, without wasting, your vital energy, as, your awareness, is inwardly oriented. Energy, travels with intuition, and concentration, and thus, gets wasted, most of the time by your awareness, of things that, you do not need to be focused upon. This state, of inward awareness can only be attained, by stilling the mind, and that is everything, in yoga and spirituality. The state of purely witnessing is the prime character of consciousness by rejecting judgment of any work or event on your physical body and mind. Your practice and dedication towards reaching self-realisation will bring forth the inward awareness by turning your vision towards the inner existence. This is the first step towards thoughtlessness by becoming a conscious witnesser. This is the stage at which subtle body’s operations are comprehended by an aspirant. Slowly more you become thoughtless witnesser the deeper you understand the subtler self and move towards the soul. The more you understand the nature and functions of the subtle body and its presence in universal spectrum you gain control on the subtle body which is called “Siddhi” (clairvoyancy), but one should not stop and get stuck here. There are numerous such abilities that the subtle body have they just part of certain stage of practice in the total spiritual journey. This clairvoyancy becomes normal phenomena for an advance aspirant and they understand that these are not the ultimate goal, but knowing the absolute truth is the only aim of human birth.

Respect all, listen to all, talk to the point, and do not overdo, anything, to impress, and explain to others. Your, awareness is in the present moment, you are, in the present only. By, moving your awareness, to others, you are actually, shifting your vital energy. Your energy gets drained, and wasted, upon things, which do not, need your attention. Your focus, and concentration get shifted; thus, you, lose yourself, fromthe present moment. You start developing, numerous thoughts, unconsciously. You create energy gaps, and blocks within your own mental, and physical energy system. This is the hindrance, to peace, bliss and spiritual progress. Remember, the absolute state, is the present moment, and it is present only, as it is, without your judgment, analysis, or interpretation. Turn your awareness, inward, and to the present, within, and outside you, without your intellectual, judgment.

This is the only way to salvation there cannot be two ways to reach the supreme. All paths that we know and practice brings us to the awakening of this primordial energy only then the rest is taken care by the energy itself.
Our lives are shaped by a series of moments, and how we perceive those moments defines or mind activity through “thought processing and storage” as impressions. By livingfully in the present moment through our awareness. We can observe the beauty of life without being lost in our minds. When we practice this regularly an oceans of inner peace reveals itself within. This is the ultimate gift we can give to ourselves. We often spend our lives lost within our minds. Discard all ego, by being a witnesser, and not get carried away out by your, ego. Please remember the ego, you have today, is because your mind is not still, when it is stilled down, there will be no ego, as ego, is an intensified, illusion, of attachment, that you, have developed, over a lifetime, and is not having any existence when you die. There is no existence of ego, just absolutely, no existence!! Quit it completely from all aspects of life and magnitude. Stop, giving excuses, excuse, is trying to find a comfort zone, excuse, is trying to defend your ego, excuse, is trying to defend the body, which you think, is your identity. Excuse, is taking shelter, in your ego, and allowing it, pampering it, and increasing it manifolds. Be proud to express, your faults, failures, and mistakes, this will be, the strength, that will prepare you for spirituality and progress. Why are you, ashamed of your faults? When you are, proud of your success, and achievements! Both, failure, and success are experiences, that, come and go. Nothing, is permanent, and everything, is just a changing experience, that you, get according to, to your accumulated, karmic patterns. This, does not have anything to do, with the absolute being! Why then, you are the mislead, to deploy, an excuse to defend, your mistake, thus, creating more karmic patterns, and debris. Acceptance, of mistakes gives you a chance, to elevate yourself, it is a building block, in the pathway to spirituality. Stop judging, and analyzing others’ mistakes, and faults, your faults are endless. Remember, we all are here in this world, to purify ourselves. Try to be still-minded, for a few minutes, or more every day, without any thought, but as a witness and aware of being, and observing. Space is relative, and everything in this world is relative, apart from, the absolute state, Understand, all activities of life, as relatively arranged events, only, none are absolute, and they are, ever-changing. Understanding, followed, by realizing, beyond all physical dimensions of life is called the wisdom of the universe, this is, the wisdom, that all seek to understand. This, can be understood, only when silence exists, and you are still, in the silence though aware, conscious, and do nothing. This, is what, the absolute state, in meditation is, there, is nothing beyond this. You have, so far done many things, many worships, many rituals, and visited many pilgrimages. Now, start doing, Nothing but be still, be silent. You do not need, to do anything, to understand the absolute being. It was there, it is there and it will be there, as it is infinity, and just an absolute state. You just need to be silent, still, and in the present, to know it. Knowing it, is knowing yourself, knowing the Supreme consciousness. You cannot, know the absolute, without being, in an absolute state, you cannot, know the infinite, without knowing, the transiting from, finite, to infinite, being of existence. You can worship him, believe him, trust him, love him, but to know him, you need to be him. This state, is referred, to as “Adhvita” or Nonduality.

The universal energy, is intelligent, it knows every aspect of all souls, that you may not comprehend being captive in this physical dimension of the body. You are, learning to surrender, and connect to that potential, and most powerful energy. Just, be humble, and remember, sadhana is not when you sit for meditation only, but, sadhana is, a 24 X 7 approach. The whole life, and every breath, is sadhana, as every time, your consciousness controls your awareness, it is sadhana.
The idea that “One Energy is Prevailing” suggests that there is a singular, unified energy that underlies all existence. This energy is the fundamental essence that pervades every aspect of the universe, from the smallest subatomic particles to the vast expanse of cosmic space. It is often described as universal consciousness, divine energy, cosmic intelligence, quantum field, or unified field. This prevailing energy is the thread that weaves together all aspects of reality, transcending individual boundaries and distinctions. It is omnipresent, present everywhere, and omnipotent, all-powerful. It is also omniscient, all-knowing, having complete knowledge of all things and existence.
